The director must bring the originals of all founding documents, which must be apostilled and translated into Russian with notarization. - If the foreign company's director cannot visit Russia, the company’s documents must be notarized at the consulate, translated, and notarized. The documents are then sent to us by express mail.

Legal entity registration process in Russia
The registration of a legal entity in Russia is handled by the tax authority, which processes the application within three days. Simultaneously, the entity is registered for taxation purposes.
To complete the registration, the following documents are required. Our company will prepare these documents on your behalf:

- A decision to establish the legal entity in the form of a protocol, agreement, or other document;
